Who we are
Padstow Play N Learn is a family-owned childcare center that accommodates up to 29 children, offering a personal touch in a cozy environment. We have built strong partnerships and lasting relationships with parents and their children in our care.

We provide tailored care for children aged 12 months to 6 years, divided into two dedicated rooms: Burumin (for ages 12 months to 3 years) and Garawi (for ages 3 to 6 years).

As a small center, we maintain a higher-than-required staff-to-child ratio, allowing us to meet the unique needs of each child effectively. Our educators are familiar with every family, enabling us to deliver exceptional care and a nurturing learning experience for all children.
Our Philosophy
At “Padstow Play and Learn”, our philosophy, grounded in the Australian National Quality Standards, revolves around recognising the diverse needs, cultural backgrounds and unique potential of children aged 1 to 6 years. We provide a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated for their individuality.
Our programs prioritise play-based learning, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking, all while tailoring our approach to meet the diversity of each child. We understand that children have varying developmental requirements, and we work collaboratively with families to create an environment where every child’s unique background and abilities are valued as part of their individual development.
