Sara Partridge

Sara has worked in childcare since 2000 and has been at Padstow Play N Learn since November 2001.  She has been the Owner/Director of the centre since October 2005.

Sara holds a Diploma in Children’s Services & a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Centre Manager

Hayley de Gruchy

Hayley has been at Padstow Play N Learn since January 2008 and holds a Bachelor in Education birth-five degree.

Hayley took up the position of Centre Manager in October 2015 and splits her time between the office and overseeing both rooms during the week. Hayley is our Community leader, connecting the service to the broader community, leading Stroypark and parent communication/involvement and planning/facilitating our calendar of events.

Gawarri Room (3-5years) Educator

Miss Jessica

Miss Jess has been employed by Play N Learn since February 2010 and has a wealth of knowledge on the Early Years Learning Framework. Miss Jess works full-time in the Gawarri room and is our educational leader, implementing a comprehensive school readiness program and assisting children in developing the social, emotional and self-help skills required for 'big school.'

Miss Maddie

Maddie joined our starting team in 2016 as a trainee in early childhood education and care. Since then, Maddie excelled in her studies, completing both her certificate three and diploma in children's services via correspondence and progressing to be an integral part of our team. Maddie is our outdoor leader, overseeing the outdoor environment and program.

Burumin Room (12-36 months) Educator

Miss Jodie

Jodie started at our centre in June 2010 as a casual staff member and realised her passion for early childhood education. Miss Jodie now works part-time in our Burumin room, and has formed warm and loving relationships with the children in our service. Jodie also shares the role of Sustainability leader with miss Lorelle, overseeing sustainable practices and mentoring educators within our service.

Miss Lorelle

Miss Lorelle is the longest standing educator at Play N Learn and has been here for 20 years. Lorelle brings with her a wealth of experience and long lasting relationships with families past and present. Lorelle shares the role of Sustainability leader at the service, leading the team in this area and imbedding these practices within the service. 

Inclusion Support Worker

Miss Kimberley

Kimberley was approached in 2017 to replace an educator on maternity leave. Kimberley holds a diploma in children's services and has experience working in fields that cater for children with additional needs. Kimberley works part-time as our inclusion support worker, and our cultural/Inclusion leader, supporting the educators and children with additional needs.
